The pour-over icon. The V60's 60° cone, spiral ribs and single large opening let you control the flow – pour slowly for a fuller cup, faster for a brighter one. Made from light blue porcelain, it holds heat well for an even extraction.
Brew it: 15g medium-fine coffee to 250ml water at 92–94°C. Bloom with 40ml for 30 seconds, then pour in slow circles. Aim for about 3 minutes in total.
Try it with: Nyeri Hill or Elgon to bring out their fruit and florals.
