At Spring Valley Coffee, we are passionate about sourcing our coffee and fanatical about roasting each batch to perfection. We work closely with DHL to ensure that our coffee reaches you as fresh as possible.
As coffee is a natural, perishable product, roasted to order at our roastery in Kenya, we are unable to accept returns on orders. However, if you have any questions, comments, suggestion, ideas or praise, please drop us a line at hello@springvalleycoffee.com.
Order Issues:
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@springvalleycoffee.com within 14 days of your purchase. Upon providing proof of the issue (such as photos of the damaged product or a description of the error), we would be delighted to offer a replacement or a refund.
