Finding us

You'll find our Roastery nestled in the heart of Spring Valley.

📍 Springette Office Park, Lower Kabete Road, Spring Valley, Nairobi

When you arrive, you'll see the Springette security gates. Simply let the guards know you're visiting Spring Valley Coffee, and they'll point you in the right direction. Once you reach our café, our team will be there to welcome you before your tour begins.

⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour begins. As we're a busy, fully operational roastery, we start our tours promptly — out of respect for both our team and your fellow guests.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a partial (50%) refund. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
