Gourmet is the first blend we created when Spring Valley Coffee was established in 2009.
Sourced from leading cooperatives across Central Kenya, this coffee showcases the best of the Kenyan Highlands: vibrant, complex and sweet.
Our roast profile highlights juicy stone fruit and citrus acidity, balanced by a round, syrupy body. As the cup cools, notes of raspberry and vanilla emerge, leading to a long, floral jasmine finish.
Designed for filter brewing, Gourmet is best enjoyed black and shines as a pour-over or in a French Press, and can also be spectacular as a bright espresso.
