Our roast profile highlights juicy stone fruit and citrus acidity, balanced by a round, syrupy body. As the cup cools, notes of raspberry and vanilla emerge, leading to a long, floral jasmine finish.
Designed for filter brewing, Halisi is best enjoyed black and shines as a pour-over or in a French Press, and can also be spectacular as a bright espresso.
