Decaf

Our Decaf comes from the Benti Nenka estate in Guji, Ethiopia, made with Dega and Kuruma varieties. It is naturally processed, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.

Swiss Water decaffeination uses only water, temperature and time to remove caffeine. The coffee is repeatedly rinsed in a flavour-rich green coffee extract, which is passed through a carbon filter that traps caffeine while keeping flavour compounds intact.

Expect notes of strawberry, apricot and hibiscus, with a full mouthfeel. As an omni roast, it works equally well as espresso or as filter and manual brews.
