Chemex Classic 6-Cup Coffeemaker

A design classic since 1941. Made from non-porous borosilicate glass with a polished wood collar and leather tie, the Chemex brews an exceptionally clean, sweet and clear cup – it's also beautiful enough to leave out on the counter.

Brew it: 30g medium-coarse coffee to 500ml water at 93°C. Bloom for 45 seconds, then pour in stages. Total time about 4 minutes.

Try it with: Chungwa or Peaberry+ for a juicy, tea-like cup.
